I tried it on a ¾” piece of round steak, needling one half and leaving the other half as-is. The needled side was tender and juicy grilled rare; the other side was too chewy to eat. I needled a wild snowgoose breast, which normally is as tough a piece of meat as you can find, but, like the round steak, it was also very tender.
The Impressor is like a professional grade machine in the home kitchen. It is one of the most impressive new kitchen tools that I’ve used in years.
